The challenge
Leads from paid campaigns landed in one tool, email sequences ran in another and the sales team worked in a third, so nobody could say which campaign produced revenue.
What we did
Consolidation onto Clusterzap: ad accounts connected natively, journeys rebuilt across five channels, and the sales pipeline moved into the built-in CRM with offline conversions pushed back to the ad platforms.
The situation
The company was spending well on Meta and Google, but leads passed through three systems before a salesperson saw them. Response times varied from minutes to a day, sequences fired against stale data, and the monthly report was reconciled by hand from three exports that never agreed.
What we changed
Ad accounts were connected natively so campaign, lead and outcome shared one record. Nurture journeys were rebuilt across email, WhatsApp, SMS, push and voice, branching on product interest and engagement. The sales pipeline moved into the built-in CRM, and CRM stages were pushed back to Meta and Google as offline conversions.
The result
Median lead response improved by 82%, three subscriptions were retired, and every closed deal traced back to the campaign, ad set and creative that produced it — which changed where the next quarter's budget went.

“We stopped arguing about which number was right. There is one contact record now, and the ad platforms optimise against the leads that actually close.”
